SoSe 13: Experimentalphysik 4: Struktur der Materie, Festkörper- und Kernphysik

Inhalt: Festkörperphysik: Kristallstruktur, Beugung durch periodische Strukturen, Gitterschwingungen, Elektronen in Festkörpern, Metalle und Halbleiter, Transportphänomene. Kernphysik: Kernstruktur und Kernmodelle, Kernreaktionen, Kernspaltung und Kernfusion. Übungen n.V. (mindestens 3 Gruppen) Zielgruppe: Studierende der Physik im 4. Semester Voraussetzungen: Keine formalen Voraussetzungen. Zur erfolgreichen Teilnahme wird jedoch die Kenntnis der Inhalte der Module "Einführung in die Experimentalphysik I - III" empfohlen.
