The goal of the course The training is designed to make students more sensitive to prejudice at individual, group and societal level by means of self-experience, and to draw attention to social stereotypes and inequalities. The training directs students' attention to the defining and often hidden role of culture in order to improve respect for human rights and human dignity, prejudice-free thinking and tolerance to different cultures. In addition to practical experiences students acquire basic theoretical knowledge concerning culture, positive identity (majority and minority), stereotyping, discrimination and prejudice.
