The course will cover key issues in teaching literature and give insight into relevant publications. Related issues, such as storytelling in the EFL-classroom, the creating of stories, and dramatization will be covered as well.
Furthermore, the course will integrate findings of neuroscience with methods of language teaching.
Students are expected to attend regularly, to participate actively, which includes a presentation ("Referat mit Handout" or "Dramatisierung mit Handout").
Course structure:
Lectures, seminars, group work, presentations plus feedback, and discussions.
