        This course will consist of a series of seminar papers from researchers working in Babylonian, Greco-Roman, and other systems of ancient medicine (e.g. China, Egypt), to present difficult medical texts in translation from various ancient societies. The basic Forschungsfrage will be to look for comparisons between theory and practice in various medical systems from antiquity.        close
