Course description
This course is an offer directed especially at our guests from the United States and other venues outside Europe.Domestic students are welcome to take the course as a "Nachweis der rechtswissenschaftlichen Fremdsprachenkompetenz" (§ 15 Abs. 1 lit. b) StO). There will be an opportunity to take a closed-book exam (2 hours) for you.
I will give you an introduction to European and German labour and employment law. As you will see, European and German labour and employment law differs quite a lot from what you are used to from the United States. However, there are some parallels as well - for instance in anti-discrimination law.
