Assuming no previous exposure to performing molecular simulations, this course will comprise hands-on exercises on setting up, running and analysing molecular dynamics simulations on biomolecular systems, thus teaching the necessary technical skills to attend the course "Advanced biomolecular simulations" to be taught on the following week. close
