Comments
The aim of this project is the implementation of algorithms for the analysis of mass spectrometry data within the software library OpenMS. The implemented components will be integrated into complex analysis pipelines of proteomics or metabolomics data within the KNIME workflow system.
Good C++ programming skills are required.
