Contents: Interdisciplinary between physics, (bio-)chemistry, (bio-)computer science, biology and numerics we will present works in the field of molecular dynamics, which are in the field of tension between experiment, model, theory, numerics and visualization. Besides the presentation of the different research fields in which molecular dynamics play a role, and the presentation of current results, a special focus of the seminar will be on the discussion of methodological aspects. In addition, the announced seminar is also intended to enable employees of the various universities and non-university institutions in the greater Berlin area to meet, learn about the methods and procedures of other groups and thus encourage mutual exchange.
