Das Kolloquium besteht aus einer insgesamt zehnstündigen Blockveranstaltung für alle Praktikumsmodule.

The world around us seems to be in constant motion – everything is at our fingertips, and there are more possibilities and opportunities ever before. When we add in the complex challenges of a bachelor’s program, a part-time job, our social lives – we can easily feel overwhelmed. There’s always something left on our to-do lists, and we often have the feeling that we’ve never quite done enough.
In this workshop, we’ll take a look at how we can use tools and tricks from project management, time management, and self-organization to stay motivated, get things done, and reduce stress, and start building solid habits for the future. We’ll review your goals, sift through your to-dos, and explore a variety of different methods of stress-reducing organization that will help you prioritize the things that matter most to you, check things off, stay ahead of your studies, and will help make space in your life to re-energize yourself.
This workshop will be presented in an interactive format with short engaging inputs, group activities, peer coaching, and individual activities. Schließen
