  Comments
Feminist movements are one of the most powerful social actors on the global political arena in recent years. They produce a critique of inequalities in general and gender inequalities specifically. At the same time, they focus on specific issues: violence, socioeconomic inequalities, extractivism, action by neo-conservative groups, etc. The course proposes a general debate on different dimensions of gender inequalities and how feminisms formulate them politically. There will be an emphasis on Latin American feminist political action, although we will address theirs relations with global feminist movements. close
