In this course, we'll be taking a look at various aspects of working abroad - including preparing for travel abroad (such as a job, an internship, or an Erasmus semester), adjusting to a cross-cultural transition, working in an intercultural context, and adjusting to returning home. We’ll examine strategies for managing stressors you might encounter when moving abroad and returning home after an international experience. We’ll also explore how cultural differences might play a role in your internship or in a future work experience, and about how to best support colleagues in cross-cultural transition. close
