Lillian Cicerchia

Comments

This course will introduce students to ancient, modern, and contemporary moral and political philosophy. By starting with the ancients and proceeding historically, students will gain exposure to the interplay between ethical and political thinking in each era. At the end of the course, students will be able to reflect on how changes to the historical conditions in which philosophers asked questions like, "What is justice?" affected both how they thought about justice and how human beings should relate to one another. close
