The BA colloquium is aimed at students who are preparing for the BA thesis or are already writing it. Over the course of the semester, the different phases of a BA thesis are discussed together (finding a topic, research methods, posing questions, organising the work process, outlining and structuring the thesis, final editing) and fundamental aspects of academic work are discussed. A lot of space is given to the current questions and problems of the participants. Although this colloquium is primarily aimed at students of early modern history, participants from other epochs are very welcome. close
