SoSe 22: Theory and Practice: Explanations and justifications of economic inequality in OECD states throughout time

Two thirds of the seminar will consist of theory, the third part will be dedicated to my project "Reduce Inequality: Comprehend, Convey, Challenge" (RICCC). The students will first receive an overview of changes and consistencies in the debates about economic ineqaulity since the 1950s until the present day and later on, contribute actively to the project RICCC. For the part on RICCC, we might switch from English to German. Instead of a "Hausarbeit", we will work in groups and three phases, producing content for the website and/or Instagram or YouTube.
Furthermore, I would like to offer this seminar also at the LAI, not only OSI, as my doctoral supervisor is Prof. Marianne Braig and I will compare approaches in Europe and the US with such in Latin America. close
