In der Vorlesung werden ausgehend von soziologischen und verhaltenswissenschaftlichen Organisationstheorien Besonderheiten der Organisation im Bildungssystem behandelt, etwa unter dem Aspekte der Organisation professioneller Arbeit. Auf diese Grundlagen werden ausgewählte Konzepte der Entwicklung von Organisationen sowie der Organisationsdiagnose behandelt. close
