Die Veranstaltung gibt eine Einführung in die Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie und ihre historische Entwicklung. Sie thematisiert u.a. ausgewählte Forschungsmethoden der Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie, Theorien der Organisation, Interaktion und Kommunikation, Führung von Mitarbeitern, Teamarbeit, Konflikte in Organisationen, Organisationsklima und Organisationskultur, Organisationsentwicklung sowie ausgewählte Aspekte der Werbe-, Markt- und Finanzpsychologie. close
