WiSe 14/15: Theatre Project
John Crutchfield
Comments
This course is conceived as a practical/experiential laboratory for students interested in exploring theatrical performance as a method of learning. Participants will collaborate as an ensemble in the creation of a public theatrical performance, and gain basic experience in all aspects of such work: creative writing, acting and directing, dramaturgy, design, and production. In addition to the ensemble work, each participant will keep a course journal. There will also be a modest number of reading assignments. The practical orientation of the course ("learning by doing") means that regular attendance and full participation are essential. close
