Kommentar

Inhalt: Zu folgenden Themen werden im Praktikum Versuche durchgeführt: Atmung, Muskel, Herz-Kreislauf, Exkretion, Verdauung, Haut, Gehirn, Geschmack und Geruch, Hören, Sehen, Blut, Zellmembranen. Dies beinhaltet sowohl molekularbiologisch-biochemische, elektrophysiologische und anatomisch-histologische Versuche. Die Versuche dienen dazu, das Verständnis des in der Vorlesung gebrachten Stoffes zu vertiefen und grundsätzliche Techniken der biologischen Forschung kennenzulernen. Außerdem werden zu jedem Thema Schulversuche durchgeführt, die später im Unterricht eingesetzt werden können. Zusätzlich werden in kurzen Einzelreferaten die Themen der einzelnen Praktika vertieft.
