        The aim of this course is to provide an introduction to the basics of Literary Studies. Covering the three areas of fiction, poetry, and drama, we will discuss a range of significant texts ranging from the work of Nathaniel Hawthorne to Toni Morrison. Along with this overview, you will learn about fundamental methods of interpretation, acquiring the tools you will use for literary analysis and academic writing throughout your studies.
