Comments
This course will mainly deal with linear partial differential equations (PDE).
The content is a selection of the following:
- Theory of Linear Elliptic Partial Differential Equations.
- Classical Solutions; Schauder theory.
- Weak solutions; maximum principles, existence, regularity, eigenvalues and eigenfunctions.
- Theory of Quasilinear Partial Differential Equations.
- Maximum and Comparison Principles.
- Leray-Schauder theory; existence and regularity of solutions.
