  Comments
The subject of the lecture is the introduction to the physical basics and methods currently applied in global seismology. Main topics of the lecture are 1) propagation of elastic waves inside the earth and the earth structure and 2) a description of seismic sources (earthquakes).
In the additional practice seminars we deepen the topics of the lecture in theoretical and practical exercises. Most of them will be performed at PCs.
