Kommentar
Archaeologists have engaged with questions of gender for over three decades. Over time, the attention to gender has been extended to include sex, sexuality, and other forms of difference. In this seminar we will examine a variety of approaches to gender, sex, sexuality, and difference, exploring early feminist perspectives on sex and gender, intersectionality, post-structuralism, and post-humanism. Guiding questions include how archaeology can approach studies of gender (etc.), and how the incorporation of gender (etc.) contributes to a richer understanding of the past. Schließen
