Außenpolitik von De Facto-Staaten im Vergleich: Fallstudien Palästina und Kurdistan-Irak Comparing Foreign Policy of De Facto States - the case of Palestine and Kurdistan-Iraq Schwerpunkt des Hauptseminars ist die vergleichende Analyse der außen- und regionalpolitischen Beziehungen und Interaktionen von Palästina und Kurdistan-Irak. Nach einem vergleichenden Überblick über die politischen Systeme in beiden Gebieten erfolgen die Analyse und der Vergleich von Grundlagen, Inhalten und Mitteln der Außen- und Regionalbeziehungen Palästinas und Kurdistan-Iraks. Dabei wird die Anwendung des Begriffs der Paradiplomacy von De-facto-Staaten hinterfragt. Erforderlich sind fundierte Regional- und politikwissenschaftliche Kenntnisse.
