The seminar brings different theoretical and empirical perspectives on populism into account, comparing how authors from the Global South and Western countries understand this concept. Different analytical frameworks and empirical cases will be presented and discussed throughout this workshop. The aim of this workshop is to improve participants’ comprehension of what can be understood under the concept of populism. close
