Comments

In contemporary societies, the human rights discourse is pervasive in almost all political or social spheres. The aim of this course is to discuss the functions of liberal human rights discourse with a critical and gendered perspective. Students will have the opportunity to investigate human rights as a political and legal terrain shaped by power relations in connection with historical and currently debated issues. close
