The participants are supposed to learn how to present archeology and archaeological results to the public by using current digital media formats, e.g. in form of short video clips. After an introduction where students learn about the various analog and digital media formats and their possibilities, they should proceed by creating their own video sequence. The participants learn how to conceptualize a video, design and conduct interviews as well as other aspects of public relations in the face of new media formats. In the second part of the seminar, the theoretical skills acquired are to be consolidated through practical implementation within teams. close
