WiSe 20/21: Hydropolitics - international relations in the concrete
Eckart Stratenschulte
Comments
Hydropolitics is an interesting special case of International Relations: One cannot choose the partners and costs and benefits are asymmetric quite often. This means that the actors sharing crossborder water resources have to develop systems of negotiations and and compensations to pursue their interests. close
