Sterbe- und Suizidhilfe, Abtreibung und Reproduktionsmedizin sind notorisch umstrittene politische Rechtsthemen, zu denen es in jüngerer Zeit in Deutschland Gerichtsurteile und Reformgesetze gab oder diese noch bevorstehen. Anknüpfend an solche aktuellen Anlässe sollen die damit verbundenen politischen und juristischen Kontroversen samt der rechtsethischen Grundsatzfragen behandelt werden. close
