17450 Colloquium

WiSe 21/22: Englische Philologie Colloquien: Research Seminar

Sabine Schülting

Comments

The seminar is addressed to my doctoral students and to MA students preparing their final theses (supervised by me) in Cultural, Gender or Literary Studies. The course will be organised as a work-in-progress seminar (with fortnightly meetings) in which individual research projects, first (sub)chapters as well as theoretical and methodological approaches can be presented and discussed. Participants will be expected to show a high degree of initiative, to participate actively in the discussions, to be prepared to present parts of their own work to the colloquium, and to discuss the projects of their peers.

If the pandemic situation allows it, the course will be taught on Campus, in the person. Students wishing to participate should send me an email, and they will receive an update on the organization of the course, in the first week of October.
