This course is to help students acquire theoretical knowledge about Academic Writing and acquire writing skills within the English language to produce texts for academic purposes.
Students will—for example—be able to practice writing skills like paragraph writing, summarizing, and incorporating scholarly sources into their own texts.
Students will also be given an introduction to academic citation coventions like APA or MLA.
