Kommentar
In many countries of the world dictators are dominating, beheading, using chemical weapons in order to silent their citizens opposing their regimes. Meanwhile the citizens are challenging the status quo of these dictators and are searching for a change to a more liberal and democratic society. Simultaneously, in some other countries, hunger, poverty, environmental degradation and wars, reasons not considered by the Geneva Convention of 1951 as legitimate reasons for flight. However, these reasons have uprooted so many people to flee from their home countries in search for security beyond the frontiers of their countries. The search for security for these people and the pressure from some European Union citizens have made it in a way that some governmets like the EU governments have adopted the camp regime system out of the main land Europe to process documents of these migrants and refugees. In this course, we will develop the Conventional and non Conventional causes of flight, flight routes and the situation of the external camp system or border regime management. We will use some practical examples like Libya and Ukrain where I have been to visit some of the camps before the war and make a comparative study with the present situation going on Europe Union borders. We will discuss the different between Conventional and non-Conventional refugees and the laws governing them, the border regime regulation and its impact. Schließen
