People clearly are an organization's most critical resource. Their knowledge and skills along with their commitment, creativity, and effort are the basis for competitive advantage out of innovation that is oftentimes realized with means of project-based work. It is people that have creative ideas for new products or for process improvements and that take technologies to the next level. Therefore, this course focuses on the human side of innovation projects and is segmented into three parts that deal with this topic at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
