The seminar will cover important aspects of the competence-oriented EFL-classroom, taking into account evidence from recent studies, key publications, as well as practical aspects.
It will offer insights into findings from neuroscience with regards to possible consequences to the EFL-classroom.
Students are expected to attend regularly and actively (mini-inputs by expert teams plus discussion & feedback), and to submit an academic paper (10-15 pages, see "style sheet" on Blackboard).
Course structure:
Lectures, seminars, group work, presentations plus feedback, and discussions.
