This co-taught seminar will offer an introduction to global history from the perspective of staff members of the MA Global History. While some individual sessions will focus on specific themes such as labor and the economy, most sessions will take a specific region as their point of departure and discuss the role of China, South Asia, Eastern Europe, Japan, Latin America, the United States, Africa, South-East Asia and the Middle East in global history. close
