On Monday 15/10/2012 the lectures "European Contract Law" and "Introduction to European and German Company Law" will be given together from 16:15 to 17:45 at Hörsaal III. There will be provided an overview of European Law’s principles. As from Monday 22/10/2012 the lectures will take place separately (see online lecture timetable).

Course Description:
This course deals with recent developments in Contract Law within the EU. Subjects include legislation and leading cases on essential questions such as conclusion of contract, contractual liability and anti-discrimination in EU member states. The discussion on a future European Contract Law that has recently been put into focus by the publication of a Common Frame of Reference (CFR) shall be dealt with as well.Course Type:
