• im Master Biochemie im Methodenmodul "Spezielle Methoden der Molekularbiologie (5 LP)".

Das Seminar 21611a kann im Modul "Spezielle Aspekte der Molekularbiologie" zusammen mit einem anderen Seminar gewählt werden. close

Inhalt / contents purification of proteins by 1 and 2D electrophoresis, RP and IE high performance liquid chromatographie, electroblotting of proteins onto PVDF membrane, manual and automatic N-terminal sequencing of proteins and peptides (ABI 473A Proteinsequencer), peptide generation by enzymatic and chemical cleavage methods ( in solution, onto PVDF membrane and in gel) modification and identification of cysteine and phosphoserine residues in proteins amino acid analysis, database search concerning protein identification and homology automatic synthesis of DNA and RNA oligomers, purification by HPLC and gel- electrophoresis, theoretical: mass spectrometry in protein and nucleic acid analysis lectures: advanced methods in protein sequence analysis Dr. W.
