Diese Lehrveranstaltung findet online statt, der angegebene Raum (K 31/201) steht für diese Veranstaltung dennoch zur Verfügung. In diesem Raum haben Studierende vor Ort die Möglichkeit, an der digital stattfindenden Veranstaltung teilzunehmen, unter der Voraussetzung, dass jede/r ein Smartphone, Tablet oder Laptop mit Kopfhörer mitbringt, über das er/sie sich in die Veranstaltung einloggen und teilnehmen kann.

The seminar deals with various aspects of morphology investigated from the perspective of corpus linguistics. At first, we will have an introduction to the work with corpora and will discuss the most crucial methods used in corpus linguistics. Later, the more specific focus of the seminar will be placed on different aspects of morphology (i.e. inflection, derivation, compounds). At the end of the seminar, students will write an empirical research paper on the topic of their choice, prepared on the basis of the data derived from corpora.
