WiSe 22/23: A fibula's life

Comments
Archaeological objects have a long history behind them until they are recovered during excavations or by chance. Their history begins with the idea of their production and the search for the appropriate material and does not end with their discovery, but continues in the museum through their conservation and preservation. In this course we will approach the theoretical concept of 'object biography' and create podcasts describing the stories that might be hidden behind objects from archaeological contexts. close
