closeComments
The research seminar gives students a comprehensive insight into the research activities in the Human-Centered Computing research group, the HCC Data Lab, and current research topics and methods in the areas of social computing and human-computer interaction.
The seminar will include presentations by members of the research group, by students writing their BSc/MSc thesis, and external researchers. In addition, there will be regular joint discussions on particularly relevant research papers or presentations. During the semester, we will successively complete the list of topics of the seminar.
We want to foster an atmosphere for shared learning and mutual inspiration in this seminar. Therefore, it is about discussing current research results and critically reflecting on one's scientific practice.
Hence it is also worthwhile to participate in topics outside one's thematic focus. In principle, the seminar is open to all interested parties. All members of the research group and all students who write their BSc/MSc thesis at the HCC research group must participate regularly.
