In situ biology will be an essential part of bioinformatic outputs in basic research and pathophysiology in the future, including combined transcriptomic and proteomic measures on tissue slides. Advanced imaging imaging and data throughput requires spatial neighborhood statistics and machine learning integrating different single cell genetic technologies. We will together explore recent publications about related methods and derived biological insights.
